This ''trait'' could be interpreted as the hidden essence of a being, it's been named differently through time as Soul, Origin, Purpose, Role, and many others.

Normally any being connected to media and flowing through the great primeval current has an origin, but only those who dive deep into it have it's origin to begin manifesting.

However, certain circumstances make these traits take over and begin changing their very essence; Currently, the only recorded common cause is overexposure to a High Rune.

Even with the support of many scholars, we found a hard time figuring out a person's origin as these are tightly related to the collective knowledge, what we figured out is that this origin can be translated from a single word to a sentence.

Can traits be suppressed?

I haven't thought if there's an actual method that is reliably usable for a general approach.

Traits aren't something someone would want on their bodies after all and at times it is pretty detrimental for their lifes

I'll approach it on time.

For now, if SOL were to try to hide his traits from other people, it would mostly not use media through himself but rather artifacts with rune patterns inscribed alongside their own media storage (Like the capital engineers)

As for his wings and moth mantle, thinking he can just take the mantle off but I want the mantle wings to move so I may change it to be attached to his wings but just like the former, they can't make SOL fly.

As for his small feathery wings... He would need to amputate them

The method he would do is to freeze them all the way until being able to break the bone with a single hit, this would prevent bleeding but would suffer from frostbite scars, fortunately, he knows how to reverse/heal the scars and regrow/regenerate them but it's not like SOL would actually hide his traits.

(This is simply thinking a morbid what if)

los traits de origen y los que se consiguen a través de media, Un trait de origen es simple, es el que esta relacionafo con lo relacionado en el conociemiento colectivo de origen Son más propensos a manifestarse si el origen es solo una palabra pero puede traducirse;

Por ejemplo, SOL y Elesia comparten la primera palabra "Polilla" en su orígen lo que hace que compartan un trait, si SOL forma unas alas de polillas como si fueran capas, entonces Elesia también podría.

Este trait solo empieza a manifestarse físicamente si la persona conoce su origen cuando no es simplemente algo con su propósito/personalidad.

Solo los casters y entidades que usan runas primarias presentan traits de forma constante y normalmente son los que propensos a Grand Caster que presentan su trait de origen, A no ser que una entidad exterior allá intervenido.

I wanted to design a girlboss character

I've been wanting to make a person connecting SOL to the capitals and thought of this girlboss who's kind of a big deal but it's not a caster, But something like a mercenary who uses the engineering processes of the time.

this girlboss mercenary has it for SOL

These are some drafts on her character sheet deeper on it.

She enjoys plenty of adult pleasures like alcohol and tobacco but she's really picky and wants only the highest-rate merchandise, and like a shining star, she finds SOL to be really damn cute stuff.

So even if she lacks any feminity whatsoever, she gets flirty with him but SOL is pretty oblivious to her advances even when she outright states she wants to make him "her little star"; it could be SOL is just ignoring it on purpose as a way to tease her or genuinely doesn't fully understand human emotions.

She doesn't really care if SOL is playing dumb or not, for as her words go something like "It wouldn't be funny if he bit it so easy" or "I love it when they play hard to catch"

However, she grew a bit of disdain/jealousy towards the moon as it seems the only closest emotion to "Love" SOL has ever shown for anything. 

She's also seen firsthand how big of a deal SOL can be as a caster as she's the main connection he has to the capital; So the Girlboss considers him worthy of being her man and some of her retainers rumor when she's alone on her headquarters, she begins to stare at the runes inscribed by SOL on her sword to feel the brush strokes made by his hand.

She's 6'5" (1.95 m) tall which makes her taller than SOL, Elesia calls her nickname "the big lady" and finds her to be kinda cool, but she hates how she reeks of tobacco.

The girl boss finds pretty rarely curious how SOL actually picked a student and let her live inside his observatory, as she knows SOL isn't really a common caster that wants to pass on his knowledge as he wants to finish the research himself, so she thinks Elesia has something more than meets the eye.

My main references for the design of the Capital Lady are mainly Baiken on the first Guilty Gear and Integra from Hellsing, but there are plenty others!
